Sample Pre-Session Reflection Worksheet

"How You See Yourself - or How You Wish to Be Seen"

This session is about you.

It's an invitation to reconnect with the version of yourself that often gets lost in the busyness of life-the woman who exists beyond "mom," beyond "roles," and beyond expectations.

This is a sample worksheet you can print or save to complete at your own pace. Before we meet, take a few moments to reflect on how you see yourself, or how you wish you could be seen. This isn't about who the world thinks you are-it's about how you want to feel.

Step 2: Reflect
Step 3: Prepare

Bring whatever helps you feel closest to those words - clothing, accessories, or even no clothing at all.

There's no "right" outfit. We'll begin with what feels safe and natural, and explore deeper layers only as you're comfortable.

Step 4: Optional Notes for Joshua
This might include comfort levels, preferences, concerns, or anything else that feels important to share.
